For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "fs777," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the fs777 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for the operation of the website located at https://fs777.app.
• "Platform" refers to the fs777 website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services, games, and features accessible through https://fs777.app.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fs777 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a User upon successful completion of the fs777 registration process.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, promotional, and ancillary services offered by fs777 through the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to any monetary balance held within a User's fs777 Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to non-cashable promotional credits awarded by fs777 subject to wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer procedures, being the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Philippine Peso" or "₱" refers to the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the primary currency used on the fs777 Platform.

By accessing the fs777 Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services offered by fs777, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the fs777 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

fs777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fs777 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register for and use the fs777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. fs777 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC verification process.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold an fs777 Account.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of fs777 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the fs777 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All gaming activity on fs777 must be conducted solely for your own personal entertainment and account.

To access the full range of fs777 Services, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the fs777 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your fs777 Account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify fs777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

fs777 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from fs777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.3 KYC Verification

fs777 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered Users before processing withdrawal requests. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

fs777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

All financial transactions on the fs777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). fs777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank internet banking.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. fs777 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. fs777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your fs777 Account.
• fs777 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• fs777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). fs777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

fs777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: fs777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that bonus offers have been abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.
• Withdrawal of Deposit: If you withdraw your deposit before meeting the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Right to Modify: fs777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fs777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform or any game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or fs777 staff members.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to facilitate any criminal enterprise.

All content on the fs777 Platform — including but not limited to the fs777 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of fs777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from fs777.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any fs777 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of fs777's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which fs777 reserves all rights and remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fs777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the fs777 Platform or Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, fs777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond fs777's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data, provided that fs777 has implemented reasonable security measures.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, provided that such results were generated by a certified and properly functioning RNG system.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, fs777's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall fs777's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fs777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have implemented a range of tools and policies to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered fs777 Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting fs777 customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance in your Account (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

11.2 Closure by fs777

fs777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Where an Account is closed by fs777 due to a breach of these Terms, fs777 reserves the right to forfeit any Funds held in the Account, including real-money balances, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the nature of the breach.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The fs777 Platform operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR, and all gaming activities conducted on the Platform are subject to applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

12.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the fs777 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting fs777 customer support. fs777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving written notice of the issue.

12.2 Formal Dispute Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe stated above, either party may escalate the matter through the following process:

• Submit a formal written complaint to fs777 via the contact details provided in Section 14 of these Terms.
• fs777 will acknowledge receipt of the formal complaint within three (3) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty-one (21) calendar days.
• If the dispute remains unresolved following fs777's formal response, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulations.

12.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

fs777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly at the top of the document.

Where fs777 makes material changes to these Terms — meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will endeavor to provide advance notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the fs777 Platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
